Founded by Julien Heulot, Awen Nature is much more than a distillery: it is a tribute to the land and the cycles of life. Based in La Bouëxière, Brittany, the company draws its inspiration from Celtic culture.

The word ‘Awen’, which means ‘divine inspiration’ in Breton, perfectly reflects Julien’s philosophy: to create spirits in total harmony with the environment.

Respect for the product begins at the source. All ingredients are organically grown, and the plants (absinthe, lemon balm, mint, etc.) are selected with the utmost care. Here, a traditional still is used for slow, gentle distillation, allowing the most subtle aromas to be extracted without ever altering the raw material.

The distillery is particularly renowned for its expertise in absinthe and herbal liqueurs. Every bottle tells a story of harvesting and patience.
