La Dame Rouge – Maison Perguet

La Dame Rouge is a cider eau-de-vie blended with unfermented apple must, then aged in oak barrels, giving it a beautiful roundness and aromatic depth.

Its amber hue reveals toasted and spicy notes, dominated by hints of cinnamon. Barrel aging lends it an elegant structure and a subtle balance between sweetness and woody character.
