Gastronomic Extra-Brut Cider

A fiery character in a velvet glove. The subtle yet complex aromas on the nose plunge us into the world of spirits: orange and apricot liqueurs, chocolate notes, roasted almonds and hazelnuts, sprinkled with a hint of spice and salt.

The palate is equally delicate and controlled. Fine bubbles bring freshness, revealing a more radiant, sunlit expression. Bitterness and salinity rise together in a crescendo, making the mouth water. A dry cider with soft tannins that calls for comforting dishes.

Pairings: prawns flambéed with Lambig – chicken risotto with herb crust, rum emulsion and gingerbread crisps – skewers of apricot and melon with honey and spices
