Nicolas Martin

Located in Plouay, a town famous for its cycling Grand Prix, in the inland region of Lorient, Nicolas Martin continues the cider-making tradition established by his father in the early 2000s.

As a young producer keen to expand his operations, Nicolas has planted new orchards in recent years to become self-sufficient in his apple supply.

The granite subsoil of the Plouay region, combined with soil of a very fine texture, is ideal for the trees to take root and draw the very best from the terroir.

Discover ciders with character, such as his brut cider, which perfectly reflects the strong spirit of Breton cyclists.
