The nose is deceptive. Its minerality and citrus notes recall certain German Rieslings. Yet fresh apple and iodine bring you back to Brittany.

After a very lively opening, the Guillevic reveals a more vinous and buttery character. A tangy backbone follows through the length of the palate, leading to a more mineral finish.
