Laure Sourdin
After several years abroad, Laure decided to change direction and embarked on a venture into wine and cider production in the Manche, her home region. In 2022, she established her estate and produced her first batches of natural cider made without additives.
She set up shop in a former flour mill, which she transformed into a vibrant hub for socialising and sharing, now the heart of her estate.
In 2023, she planted several hundred apple and pear trees across a variety of plots. Whilst waiting for them to reach maturity, she tends to old, untreated orchards and harvests by hand, with production limited to 25,000 bottles per year.
