Lucas and Romain are two friends with extensive experience in fermentation who brew artisanal kombucha in the Gulf of Morbihan.

At Little Joy, they brew to music, using natural, live cultures. To do this, they take their time and let time do its work, because it’s over time that the best bubbles develop.
