Nicolas Poirier

The Distillerie du Gorvello, located in Brittany at the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan Regional Nature Park, was founded in 1984 by Gérard Le Pocréau and renamed by Nicolas Poirier in 2012.

Spanning over 24 hectares, it grows around fifteen varieties of cider apples, creating refined blends.

Its processing workshop, nestled amongst the orchards, produces high-quality ciders, aperitifs and spirits, distilled using their own still and aged in oak barrels.

Committed to organic farming, they encourage pollination with bees and bumblebees in a dozen hives.
