La Petite Cuvée – Cidrerie du Golfe

Intense exotic aromas define this single-varietal Guillevic apple cider: green banana, pear, and peppery notes.

Initially lively, it becomes fuller and fruitier in the mid-palate. The aromatic evolution on the finish unfolds with pepper, bay leaf, and thyme, under an almost spicy, dry sensation. This “little cuvée” has all the attributes of a great wine: impressive length, bright acidity, and subtle tannins.
