Extra-dry – Ferme de Cornesse

This cuvée delivers an immediate and long-lasting sensation of freshness. Fresh apple, yellow lemon zest, flower honey, and lemongrass blend with more complex smoky notes of bark, wood, and liquorice stick.

On the palate, the cider is first lively and juicy, before a tannic powder coats the mouth, in a beautiful harmony with very fine bubbles. This great freshness returns on the palate, supported by the apple’s acidity, with a hint of bitterness and astringency on the finish, expressing the character of the variety.
