Rosé – 75cl – Cidrerie Guérin

A true single-varietal rosé cider, where the red-fleshed Geneva apple shows itself at its very best. An aromatic explosion as soon as it is opened: wild strawberry jam, blackcurrant, rose, and white fruits.

The palate is both surprising and charming, with a lighter, more structured texture. A gourmand coating gently lines the palate, while fine tannins balance the sweetness. It gives the impression of biting into a perfectly ripe red grape.
