Perry – Ferme de Cornesse

A newcomer to the range from Ferme des Cornesse, this young wine already shows the potential of a great one.

The nose opens instantly with smoky notes and intense exotic and herbal aromas: kiwi, lime, green pineapple, lemon balm. The attack is explosive and echoes the aromatic profile of the nose.

On the palate, it is first tangy, then round, with a drier, smoky finish. We discover a hint of oxidation and a mineral profile reminiscent of flint stone. A very fine balance where sweetness gives way to the structure of the pear.
