This cider boasts a bright, warm orange hue. From the very first whiff, you’re immersed in a complex world where floral notes blend with delicate herbal hints.

On the palate, the remarkably delicate bubbles caress the tongue. The taste is light and subtle, marked by a rare elegance.

This refinement is rooted in the terroir: the apples come from a plot planted on Jurassic limestone soil.

Alcohol content: 5.5%

Antoine et Marie

Antoine, originally from the Pays d’Auge, grew up surrounded by orchards. After gaining experience in the wine industry and travelling extensively, he returned to his native region, convinced of the exceptional potential of its cider-producing terroirs. His ambition is to produce unique ciders by unlocking that full potential.

Committed to respecting the soil and biodiversity, he cultivates his orchards using standard trees, practising organic farming (currently in conversion), with a constant focus on living organisms. The apples are harvested by hand and rigorously sorted to retain only the very best fruit.

Fermentation takes place naturally, with as little intervention as possible, because:
“To remain a living and unique product, cider requires minimal intervention but constant attention.”

The result: vintage, single-vineyard and gastronomic ciders that celebrate sharing, authenticity and emotion.
