Nocturnos – Pomeli

A crisp cider with a lovely hint of bitterness, perfect for meals with family and friends.

This cuvée is made from apples harvested by hand from untreated orchards. Before pressing, the apples are left to ripen for several weeks, after which the juice ferments using native yeasts.

No added sulphites.

Pommage: Inra, Rouget de Dol, Douce-Coet, MArie-Ménard, Kermerrien.

Alcohol content : 6.5%
