Songeaison – Tanguy Bouvet – 75 cl

This is the second vintage of the “Songeaison” cuvée, produced in 2022.

Crafted without any additives or added sulfites and left unfiltered, this natural cider stays true to the fruit, allowing nature to fully express itself.

On the palate, it delivers a powerful, round, fruity, and spicy opening, with notes of pineapple and vanilla. A fine acidity carries through to a long finish, marked by hints of apple seeds and skins.

Pairings: pork tenderloin, soft cheese boards, cured meats…
