Poiré de Kleg – Cidrerie La Malvoisine

A perry made from pears grown in the orchards of Cléguérec, a small village in Morbihan once renowned for its perry-producing pear orchards, though production had all but disappeared.

As is his custom, Alain from La Malvoisine cidery has revitalized these orchards to revive the production of these tangy nectars.

A pear cider with a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity, making it an excellent introduction to the world of pear ciders.

Enjoy it as an aperitif, with Asian dishes, or as a dessert—but always served in a Champagne flute, preferably!
