Cider made from a single apple variety native to Morbihan, the Guillevic. Considered the “Breton champagne,” this cider has a golden color with beautiful clarity.

An intense nose of pear, citrus, and banana. Floral and saline notes give it its distinctive character.

On the palate, the attack is round, then the cider becomes creamy and indulgent, with lingering aromas of banana and mandarin. The finish is fresh and saline, inviting you to come back again and again. A beautifully fresh balance for this iodised Guillevic.

Pairings: Quinoa salad with avocado, shrimp, and citrus, Fruit tart, Veal colombo
