The Denbora 2023 cuvée from Domaine Bordatto is a cider that simply cannot leave you indifferent.

Made from the fermentation of old cider apple varieties from the village of Jaxu—where the estate is located in the heart of the Basque Country—“Denbora” means “time…” in Basque. Indeed, Bixintxo and Pascale took the time to revive these old varieties, starting from scratch on a single plot.

You will be immediately charmed by the floral nose of this lively cider, evoking fresh blackberry notes.

On the palate, the freshness of this semi-sweet cider will carry you away to a beautiful summer evening on the terrace, thanks to its remarkable length. Its captivating aromatic profile, where the apples almost fade into the background, leaves an impressively long finish… a true delight!

With its freshness, it can perfectly replace a white wine to accompany tapas.
