The apple juice is made from a blend of tart and sweet apples, including dessert apples. They are sorted, pressed, and the juice is pasteurized within hours.

This apple juice undergoes no treatment: no filtration and no pectin removal. As a result, it is often cloudy and may develop a natural sediment.
