Verbena infused apple juice – Cidrerie de l’Apothicaire

The apple juice is made from a blend of tart and sweet apples, including dessert apples. They are sorted, pressed, and the juice is pasteurized within hours. It is then infused with fresh verbena.

This apple juice undergoes no treatment: no filtration and no pectin removal. As a result, it is often cloudy and may develop a natural sediment.
