Sophie Ammann

After more than twenty-five years in international sales and marketing roles within major corporations, and stints in Hong Kong, London and Bucharest, Sophie Ammann is a highly talented newcomer to the cider-making world.

Originally from Brittany, she settled in the Perche region in 2024 and presents her first two vintages, crafted from local varieties grown on clay-limestone soil.
What drives her is working with living organisms; her organic ciders are fermented with indigenous yeasts and contain no added sulphites.

You’ll be delighted by her perfectly balanced dry cider ‘L’Intention’, or by ‘Le Tranquille’, her semi-dry, still cider that will surprise you with its complexity and rich flavour!
