Juliette et Briag Ruault

Poméli is a family-run farm in Eréac, in the Côtes-d’Armor (22).

They produce ciders, apple juice and vinegar using fruit from their own orchards. They offer natural products from untreated, AB-certified orchards. The apples are harvested by hand and pressed when ripe.

The ciders are fermented using indigenous yeasts and undergo natural secondary fermentation.
