Sagardoa – Kupela

This traditional Basque apple wine deserves patience. It should be decanted or served with aeration to reveal its best expression. Initially discreet, the nose opens on small red berries such as redcurrant, along with iodised aromas and hay, followed by candied lemon, bay leaf, and buttery notes.
