Jabadao – Cidrerie Cozmezou

After aeration, Jabadoa reveals its buttery, pastry-like character in its youth. Then comes the liveliness of tropical fruits: pineapple and lime.

The first mouthfeel is velvety, then the acidity rises in a crescendo, giving way to floral notes and green melon. The savory finish retains a fairly firm tannic structure, still in its youth.
