Perry Etincelles – Hard – Cidrerie L’Aubinière

The younger sibling of Étincelles makes its debut in the Aubinière range.

The nose is more subtle, despite an equally floral profile: jasmine, violet, elderflower… along with a few more herbaceous notes.

On the palate, the perry offers a beautiful smoothness delivered with fine effervescence. What breadth! The sweetness of the pear reveals itself in the mid-palate before acidity awakens, accompanied by astringency, making the finish drier and longer.

Pairings: Veal medallion, Fourme d’Ambert blue cheese, Assorted maki and sashimi platter
