Rosé – 33cl – Cidrerie Guérin

A true single-varietal rosé cider, where the red-fleshed Geneva apple reveals itself at its very best. An aromatic explosion upon opening: wild strawberry jam, blackcurrant, rose, and white fruits.

The palate is both surprising and seductive, with a lighter yet structured texture. A gourmand layer coats the palate while fine tannins balance the sweetness. It gives the impression of biting into a perfectly ripe red grape.
