Les Vergers de l’Ille, based near Rennes in Ille-et-Vilaine, was founded in 1995. Today, Étienne, one of the founders, is joined by Yohann and Jean-Charles.

They cultivate 20 hectares of organic orchards, with over 20 varieties of sweet, tart and bitter apples, producing balanced organic ciders free from sulphites and carbonation.

Les Vergers de l’Ille, renowned for their high-quality traditional cider, won a silver medal at the 2018 Brittany Regional Competition, confirming their artisanal expertise.
