At Domaine Les Hautes Tiges in Elven, Morbihan, the philosophy is rooted in the idea of doing things properly. That’s why Mathieu took over a market garden in 2024 to plant fruit trees there – particularly pear trees, lots and lots of pear trees!!! Driven by a genuine passion for the taste of this fruit, his ambition is to create exceptional drinks to serve at the finest tables…

This passion led him to plant standard pear trees, which he grafted with old Breton cider pear varieties. Now we must be patient as these young trees grow tall and produce beautiful organic fruit bursting with juice nourished by the Breton terroir.

The first two vintages, L’Echo and Le Murmure, are models of finesse and elegance. Just as with the growth of the trees, here we allow nature time to work its magic, and fermentation is carried out slowly, in closed vats using indigenous yeasts… Everything we love at CIDREA. There is no doubt that these delicate elixirs will captivate you from the very first whiff and throughout the tasting…
